In a CBC radio interview, author Jeff Rubin says all is not gloom and doom over the collapse of Canada as a major oil superpower, the change in climate could make Canada once again the breadbasket to the world.



Jeff Rubin is the former Chief Economist at CIBC World Markets. He is also the author of "The End of Growth" and "Your World is About to Get a Whole Lot Smaller." His new book is "The Carbon Bubble: What Happens to Us When it Bursts."
