Paul Lehman is the General Manager of Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority (MVCA) — the conservation agency responsible for the Carp and Mississippi watersheds in the Ottawa Valley in Ontario.



Climate Change Where I Live:




  • The MVCA has produced a number of reports on climate change and these watersheds; available in the COOL 2.0 Database.


  • Paul Lehman is available to make a presentation at your school or through the online Ask-an-Expert feature of COOL.
