D ‘STREES
When one gets problem at work which he/she can not solve easily one gets tension or his mind is disturbed and the person enters into stress-zone , even though he is having capacity to solve all the problems, at this stage he is not in a position to learn or study and solve the problems So first I would like to D’Stress the person take him out of the STRESS-ZONE feel the difference and further go for reasons, problems and solutions for STREES FREE LIVING.
Just take three minutes off from your work now . Just free yourself for the next three minutes. Sit where ever you have a place to sit. May be on a chair, or on the ground, it does not matter. Sit comfortably and fully relaxed manner. You can sit in any posture or ASANA that you feel comfortable. Place your palms on your lap comfortably facing downwards. Close your eyes and begin to relax keep your jaws separated. Make sure that your posture is very relaxed and comfortable. Think of relaxing fully. Keep your mind and consciousness on the air that flows in and out of your NOSTRILS. Just feel that sensation when the air travels through your nostrils. Feel the exhalation. Never worry of inhalation. Let the inhalation take place on its own. You just keep your mind in feeling exhalation. You do not have to force the breath. Just feel it. Beware that your mind will try to wander away from your meditation. But you should not let it happen. If your mind wanders outside then bring it back and install it on your exhalation. Feel it for the next three minutes. Feel fully and thoroughly. Enjoy every part of your exhalation. Feel you have come out of stress-zone you be in relaxing –zone. When ever you feel that you have meditated for three minutes then mentally say to your self “ I am happy….and I am …..relaxed… I am in relaxed –zone now” . Repeat it twice or thrice and get up , bring both of your arms up side to north with open hands , have a smile on your face and go on to your work.
Do not over do this meditation beyond three minutes, as there is always a risk that you will loose your control over the meditation and may enter into stray thoughts.
Practice this meditation at least FIVE TIMES a day for THREE MINUTES each session. Do it for SEVEN DAYS continuously without fail . If you are true to yourself then You will notice vast changes in yourself physical and mental health. You will begin to feel relaxed always. You will find you self more calmer than before
By doing this meditation you will come to know yourself the benefits of RELAXED MIND and RELAXED BODY MUSCLES and normal B. P. , YOU are out of stress-zone, feeling calm from inner -side . This meditation with breathing exercise rejuvenates cells in your body and releases energy, increases oxygen level in the blood which heals your body in all respect.
It is the mind which gets diseased first. When the mind is diseased then everything else is diseased. If the mind is healthy and is working in the correct order then we find success in everything and everywhere….THANK U . TAKE CARE OF YHEYSELF.
