aboutAbout
In the month of August 2009, youths/students from 17 Southern states will gather in Lagos to discuss the critical
issue of electoral reform and what should be the position of the Youths on the electoral reform as the National
Assembly begins the amendment process. Around 40 representatives from youth organizations and tertiary
institutions in the South will attend the Southern Youth Dialogue on Electoral Reform. The outcome of the Dialogue
will consist a position paper outlining the position of the Youths in the South on the electoral reform. This position
paper will be addressed to the media and relevant stakeholders.
