aboutAbout
Drawing on the example of the Asian countries' use of mobile phones for distance education, this report presents the argument that mobile phones could serve as a better distance education tool than computers and that m-learning (mobile learning) could produce better results than e-learning in Asian and African countries. The report further reasons that in comparison to computers, mobile phone technology is widespread, easy to use, and familiar to both learners and instructors.
