Understanding My Friend
Man cannot be buoyant always:
Either he breaks physical or financial
Sometimes.
This is where two sane people
Are better than one
Comes in.
But he, whom I call my friend,
A madman is better than him.
I keenly watch him lavishes money
With women and on me in matinees.
But whenever I tell him – one-on-one
To lend me with some money
He would say no money had he
Because there was no woman around?
