Greed Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION

  Poetry

You breed strong desire
For more food, more wealth, and so on
With an egoistic sense of pursuit in oneself
To pursue things more than is right and reasonable.

Because of you
People rape, kill, swear, rig elections,
Envy, lie, war, play politics with bitterness,
Change certain principles of nature, and so on
To suit their intense desire, not that they are hungry,
But because of the spirit of greed in them.
You are heinous!
