Though words wrapped in metaphorical loveliness
They only evoke feelings of nothingness

But a promoter of silence

Thirst is in my mind yet the journey to an oasis is still along trek. My feet are calloused and my skin is burned with the arid atmosphere. Not even a sugarao or ocotillo is seen in the vicinity and it is high noon up here....
