e) Senior Class students should also be included in framing coursework for junior classes

The same committee should decide course material for all classes by envisioning a child’s growth and learning path.
Finally, a future study on a large scale across multiple schools is recommended for a detailed analysis of the benefits of having a Knowledge Management System in schools. This will help schools with a limited workforce and limited funding encourage their members to actively and effectively conduct knowledge transfer, innovation, and sharing. Only by reusing and retransmitting knowledge we can hope to economize an “Education System” whose cost is rising every second.

To reform the education system from here, we don't need path breaking ideas right now, but the commitment to implement these ideas that we already have. A great amount of work has to be done in putting these ideas into action.

Establishment of a committee for relevant course framework and awards for teachers recognizing their contribution can be immediately implemented by the Government to give Latin America a headstart. These policies and framework will help create a sustainable model that will carve teachers out of students and give us a realistic chance of improving the education system and setting it as an example for rest of the world.

Revamping the education system in Latin America is an urgent necessity to survive in the changing environment in times of globalization and global warming. Prosperity in Latin America can be ascertained with more students having knowledge to work and participate in developing a society where growth is the characteristic dynamic of the ecosystem.
