Since there is monumental task of health crisis the pharmaceutical companies have been always trying to "sugarcoat" the pain. Adding insult to the injury is the system that denies the basic human right to vast majority of the people.
What can we do?
The initial step is to create awareness. Majority of the issues have been raised on Third World Network website. The globalization process is not bad. What is bad is the way it has distorted the local economies, the so called creation of neo liberal world. The voice of the people is being marginalized, which by itself is very unfortunate.
Let’s hope for a debate on this issue and make our government accountable for the lobby to be created. It will rebound on us in some way or the other.
