We are growing (Siyakhula) Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION
by Nonnoz, Namibia Mar 3, 2006
Culture   Poetry

We are growing as darkness into light
and thus we have an excellent sight

We are growing as the root into the tree
and thus we strive to be
the best for the world to see
we are a united nation, you and me

We are growing as night into day
and thus we go the better way
and stay together, irrespective of what they say
at the end we know the price we will pay

We are growing as the girl into a woman
and the boy into a man
be the best we can
and run the fastest human race to be ran

Singing together with one voice "Siyakhula"
demonstrating the sign of unity "Aluta"

Writer Profile
Nonnoz

Through writing I express my dreams, desires and dysfunctions. Just about everything that has meaning to me.
My writing was never without a purpose, just as my life and my contribution to life. I strongly believe I become a better person through the collective contribution of every person in this world.
