Some Kenyans are concerned with the Kenyan judicial system and its sentencing procedures, specifically those related to women issues. The following poem illustrates the Kenyan justice system and its violation on human rights.

JUSTICE

Judge is to judgement
Under judged is to over judge
Sure its justice
Tears o’erflow
Inexplicit tantrums
Children wailing at the scales
Egoistic sentence delivered
