anger is what i got Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION

anger is what i got
for a country that doesn't love
blindness they show to our situation
anger and hate is what we give from this position
what the eyes don't see, the heart don't grieve
they've seen our hurt, yet won't believe
ignorance in their hearts, greed in their heads
won't listen to our cries til thousands are dead
peace: a thirst that can't be quenched
peace: a word often said, seldom seen
because all around, the scent of evil's stench
hate is what they paid for our love
so i suffer, while the rich party or war
closed mouths never get fed
but i'm bawling, still don't have any bread;
i think faster than i speak but i'm spilling my guts
so i'm crafting my upheaval with words and speech.

I speak both French and English, You should hear my French accent, and it’s pretty good!

I'm a cool person that’s down to earth; as long as you can hold a good conversation, and then I’ll have no problems with you, even if we disagree on everything, because I never ever enjoyed a conversation with someone who agreed with everything I say.

I am a very serious, strong willed person so when you coming at me come well but I can still appreciate a good joke.

I love to engage in positive activities and spend a lot of my time in youth groups, organizations and volunteering for the good causes.

i wrote this poem after i crafted a song of similar title, i didnt like the song, it played out too much frustration but as a poem i thought it would send out the message too, so i edited the song to a poetic stance, i made three verses into one. i'm not sure if others will like it, but i love it
