| If only men knew That a woman is a blessing to mankind And should be protected, cherished and loved If only men knew That a happy woman can make a happy nation And should be given all resources to make that happen If only men knew That such resource include moral, physical, financial, emotional And several others too numerous to mention If only men knew That protecting the interest of a woman is preserving mankind And this will lead to a better future If only men knew That though a woman looks and may be referred to as ‘weak’ she has innate strength And this is usually manifested when under pressure If only men knew That a woman is a special breed And that breeding children is enough sign for her to be celebrated If only men knew That the future of any nation depends on how well they cater for women And this should be given a critical look and not swept under the carpet If only men knew That a woman is naturally resilient, strong and rugged And should be encouraged to be the best she can be If only men knew That a woman will be a better support for man, if she gets the respect she deserves And will not be violated and abused If only men knew That preserving the dignity of woman is one of the best deeds ever And it will be there lifestyle If only men knew That they are a product of a woman And their mother is a woman If only men knew That respecting a woman is respecting themselves And the best way to be a man If only men knew « return. |
