  Poetry

Anger and pain are my friends again,
Loneliness is my companion,
I’m always angry and pissed,
At the chances I’ve missed.
In this harsh cold world,
I barely feel secure,
Could it be because I became mature?
They said ignorance is bliss,
Now innocence is the trait I miss,
The more I know, the more I grow,
And the more people show,
Their true colours.

Poetry, to me, is a way to express my deepest feelings and thoughts. Sometimes I can't tell others how I feel so I write it down. In the beginning my poetry mainly revolved around love and heartbreak but now (I think) I've matured and try to generalize my topics. Can't wait for your comments and feedback!
