Sitting here staring at the ceiled,
So upset and wondering; when this will end?
Circles of smoke came out of my mouth,
Rolling like they’re telling me it will never end,
Things will come and things will go!
Smokey shapes fade and be created again.
So exhausted from thinking and worrying,
But if I slept I’ll wake up next day thinking again!
Wanting to howl like a mad wolf
But my voice is so locked up; I feel insanity in its way!
Have no idea of what will come!
Of course it will be much more pain.
My only lifeboat is cracking away
It’s all as clear as I wanted to be,
But did I expect that clearness would be so stern?
Hush now little man, and accept the truth!
I don’t ask you to live it! It’s up to you!
Taste the yummy curl world,
Let them eat you, let them enjoy,
Talk, scream, and write, they don’t even care,
They love to see you helpless; they hate to see you grown,
They keep pulling you under; they wish to see you drown.
I don’t understand any more!
I can’t even fight.
I don’t understand any more!
I can’t even breathe.
I don’t understand any more!
Strangers, my family, my friends even me,
They’re all participants in “Destroying My Life” championship.
It’s fun, fun, fun; bring us more popcorn!

To me, writing poems is like when I need to scream and get everything out of me!
It's food for my soul!
It's like the crying of a child asking for his toy!
It's like the most beautiful view on earth!
