| Enfolded in utter darkness Encircled by sorrows and hurts I kept always looking for a brand new sunrise With burning hopes I urged to see the dawn kissing the peaks The light illuminating even the darkest creeks And my wish was granted But alas! Those soft rays turned into fiery ones I was scorched, I was bruised And then I realized That darkness is always equal to the light And conflict between the two will never end « return. |
