And three, sharpen your saw. Why become an old dog that does not learn any knew trick? Why suffer from chronic lack of creativity? You fear to take initiatives, let alone your usual claim, "I am busy." In fact busy people don't leave anything undone because they know they are busy. So take time to renew your mind, body and spirit. Listen to other people, you will be surprised to find new insights on how to do your job better. The problem with many people is that they talk while thinking or when another person is talking, they are busy composing what to say next. So if you think you cannot learn much from the people around you, then, attend seminars, read books, magazines and newspapers. And if you are fed up of the same ambient, get lost from routine, Go for a vacation to your most desired place if you can afford but most beneficial is fixing some days for a retreat in some quiet and silent place. You need renewal to become bloomed.

Are you doomed?

If you are doomed, it doesn't mean you were bewitched, or cursed. You are totally responsible for your state. One thing you are self-conceited and pessimistic. You wail like a sick baby at whatever small thing happens to you. Nobody wants to be near you. You are repelling. Your face is all tears. One thing your world is hell. You see the other people as parasites or obstacles in your way. The only righteous person is you. Only you do your duties well and all other lazy cats. You feel like eliminating all your opponents, better kill your enemies. You steal because you are doomed, abort children, abuse drugs, and name what. I have no pity on you. I’m sorry to judge, but you are not alone, on your side are Osamas, Joseph Kony, Abacha, even Idi Amin. My dear friend, the doomed die before they get what they want, their dreams are never fulfilled because nothing in this world quenches their thirsty; Power, money, sex, wine… in none. Don't miss life. The reason is simple - happiness is not found in any of them. Or else on your tombs will be written, “Here lays a fool, who chased the wrinkled winds.”

It takes lack of focus, vision and love; planning to belong to this sect. I wonder whether I should call it a cult. The pre-occupation of this team is how to make themselves the focus of world attention at a given moment. They don't care what means whether disastrous or destructive, what matter are your interests. I know you are selfish. You carry with you the 'holier than you attitude' and you think you are better than anybody walking planet earth. So you think you have the mandate to exploit anybody around you. In meetings you push your agenda through despite other better proposals. And you think you are a winner. But the doomed are never winners, you are losers. You lose friendships, trust, respect, loyalty, name the virtues. Therefore youngster, these people will never be happy and do not try to join them, however pity them and pray for them. That's enough.

Choose your Generation

When I open my eyes, I see a bright sky; the African sky is really beautiful. Until this sky so many things happens. Observe and read the signs of the time. Help to make better other people, remember they are fellow player. And to keep your flag flying, sharpen your saw. Focus on your goals. Identify the tools you need to accomplish them. Approach the partners to accompany you along the way; then you have a place in the society. You have a part to play. You can play better with bloomers. Do not wait for anyone to call upon you. Get up. Carry with you your education, talents, energy, time…build your community. Contribute significantly to your society.

My last word is a statement from John Paul Jones, an American Navy captain, he said, "On this land, every person can make their own fortune." It is true. You too can make your fortune anywhere in the world. It is matter of choosing your world – either doomed or bloomed.
