Lastly, as a concluding remark that contains the crux of this essay, it can be said in broad generalities that the first thing that the attempt to develop and strengthen democracy should probably begin with is to identify various social, political and economic problems facing different demographic groups of the country and that the second thing that the attempt should probably end with is to solve them and to create a condition not favourable to the emergence of other new problems harmful to democracy.
