"You can’t blame them"
I’m not blaming them though
In their place you would have done same
They brought pressure
Filling up the vacant land
So is the corridor of power like
They weren’t born trouble makers
But made

Made by our society
Society that never cared
Cared for us in apathy
Apart in pain
Pain that ever slain
Slain that ever remained green,
Green with day that breaks
Breaking our peoples dream

Dreams that never saw light
Light that never came but night
Night that ever stayed
Stayed all through our years
Years of bitter times
Times that never end.
Oh what’s the hope of tomorrow
For a voiceless child that cry for grace?

« return.
