When Jennifer Lopez, remarked that love does not cost a thing, why then is Ben Affleck giving her a $200,000 worth of luxury car? J.Lo cost about a billion bucks, and that is what Ben Affleck is trying to reach in her, her ego. Love doesn’t exist for which we can not explain. Love is always deductible in many different subcomponents. One of those primary components is physiological, emotional and intellectual need of a person.
A person is naturally selfish, that’s why he loves. He loves in order to receive love. This thing he wouldn’t admit, but he wants something in return for the things that he has given. When we love, its either we wanted to gain material wealth (physiological), a person to talk to (emotional) or someone who can gave us answer during exam week.
Love is nothing but selfishness. We love someone whom are peers would recognize as handsome or beautiful. We love someone “good” for our peers because it is what makes us feel admired by the people that surround us.
I don’t consider God loving mankind. I won’t argue His existence. Let’s presume that He exist for the time being. God never loved mankind, what would he receive in return of loving mankind. Maybe God wants recognition; he probably created us so that we can praise Him. Just think of the world full of animals praising God. Then it would be more likely like an El Shadai, with the woes of the crowd. God would probably get bored hearing the chirping of the birds or the mighty roars of the lion.
God then loved mankind, if we speak only of these matters. But what is more evident is that God cared for us. In which, we can say that, Caring for someone is a thousand times better than loving someone. God never created mankind to praise him. He cared for the whole world that’s why He anointed leaders in the manifestation of man to govern with prudence the world He has created. While He cared for the world, He also cared for Man by allowing him to judge things according to his own set of values. God doesn’t want man to feel sorry for him, so He has given him the opportunity to decide on what is right and wrong.
Look at America, deciding on what is right and wrong. They are after all God’s creation! Then are the people (referred by USA as terrorists) who does not favor American policies not! Then for sure USA loved the world. The whole point of these is the never ending Caring of God for mankind… and not about His Love.
Then if this is so, the “For God so loved the World” could be argued as wrongly translated and should instead be “For God so cared for the World”. When Eve gave Adam the apple, it was because Eve loved him. Adam loved her in return that’s why he accepted her gift. But let us assume that if only Eve cared for Adam she won’t let her share her uncertainty.
Caring, they say is one of the components of Love. You can not truly love if you don’t care. Why is this so? Can’t you Love while caring for someone! When we cared for the sick and the homeless don’t we love them? When we have sex with our girlfriends in the mighty name of Love are we caring for them…for their future?
There are times that we Love. We imagine that we Love. But all that we thought about is the Joy of Love. Well, Joy can also be a transfiguration of Evil to prevent itself from being recognized. Love kills and Love hurts. Have we ever heard that caring hurts?
Why is it that America always shouts “God bless America”? Maybe because they love their country so much. Let us all shout “God bless America and God crush Iraq”. After all the lowly and meek countries are Loved by America… and She has long been expecting their never ending Love.
We have Valentine’s Day, though it might sounds reasonable, we are basing a celebration of an event on animal’s instinct to procreate during that particular time. It is as if on Valentine a deafening shout that seems unrecognizable for its ability to blend with society is not being heard.

I think love is perfectly fine. Love is natural. No,one cannot, not love. Everyone has to love at one point of time. As I said before love is natural and you can't stop it. If you want to be a loner and live a lonely life than that is up to you, but at one time you are going to be attracted to. Even if you go by appearance, everyone has their own taste in guys/girls.
Love is not selfish. How can it be. Unless you are just faking it . I do not call that love. About celeberties , JLO got the $200 000worth a luxury car is because Ben Affleck probably loved her.
If love didn't exist we wouldn't be here. Our mothers an our fatherloved each other an had strong feelings for each other so they decided to get maried and have children . If love didn't exist then there would be no human race . Adam and Eve loved each other so they had children and their children had children a nd so on.
Caring is one component of love, I agree, but the answer to your question if a person could love and care at the same time the answer is yes, but there are two meanings to care. no one could love every poor person but yo could care and help them.

Without love this world would be a horrible place to live love for God & other humans make us 'humans' otherwise there's no difference b/t animals & us.
At times love seems fake & we believe LOVE for that actually we should blame ourselves & our actions.

First- God created the mankind out of His love and out of His pleasure. He even created us with His very own image. And that's something that young people like us must understand. You know what's the problem with us? SIN and only sin. We are all selfish and we treat God like a human being! Shame on you do so! HE is not a man who would lie, don't you ever treat Him like a fool.
Many people don't understand the real meaning of LOVE. Or do we know who is the ultimate source of Love? You know why? Because many of us doesn't know whom GOD is. We look at him as a "genie", Lord I want this, I want that! If something happened to us we put all the blame to Him.
Hey, it's not about having a religion; rather it's about having a right relationship with your maker. Right? Check & assess your heart then ask yourself:
"Am I worthy enough to face God for Him to give me the right person that I'm destined to spend the rest of my life with? How would you expect God to give you the right person if this very little sin you can't give up for Him?
My heart and my prayer is that young people would understand that Gods heart and desire for us is not to be part of a multiple short-lived, emotion based romantic flings, & DISPOSABLE RELATIONSHIPS!!! Rather a God-centered relationship. It's not about pleasing each other. It's about pleasing God and making Him the very center of your relationship.
God has a great calling for the young people, and it is written in the Bible. We can claim our inheritance and don't force God to take it away from us. I hope you won't have the wrong perception of Love, by just looking on what Christ did on the cross, laying his life for unworthy sinners like us is enough reason. No one and nothing in this world can surpass the act of love that Jesus showed on the cross.
