Sleep well my child
The night draws nigh
The midnight fear
Shall harm you not
Lay well upon me
My shadow protects you
Sleep well my child
The morrow comes
The wake of the sun
Brings unwritten tales
Lay well upon me
My mountains surround you
Sleep well my child
Renew your strength
For the years come fast
when my leaves shall fall
and my song fades
remember me then
as I watch you now
