| God, I Remind You Of This….. By Odimegwu Onwumere My forefathers believed in You and revered You in no little ways though not through the Son-of-Man. My parents know You through the Son-of-Man and from them I came to know You. I was told that if I knock – the door shall be open; if I ask – I shall receive and no one that trusted in You, You have bereft of his needs. I wouldn’t know! Remember me now, God! Now that I need you most because the world is the obverse of what I had thought. I have knocked, asked and trusted but the journey seems very far. God, I remind You of this promise that those who trust in You shall never be put to shame. Am I a different? Copyright 2007 Odimegwu Onwumere « return. |
