All the same - March, 2003

Humbling in hindsight; to be halted by something so small...

Small? -- But Green! Quite! Bright and
dangling.

A long, long silken thread --
Looks Up, "But where?"
No, not humbling. Understandable...

Small but bright, the brightest green!

And alarmed... 'Alarmingly!'

~

~

-- And The...
To give warning to the -- No!
Of course not.

Because. And never to start, but -- Whatever...
If you are running down a hill -- Walking!
Okay, "walking quickly" down a hill...

And? A bright
Green
AND dangling
Surprise?

Dangling from a -- Did I mention "Silken Thread!?"
Bright green and not much smaller...

So. We -- I was walking.
And we met.

So small, "lil teeny weeny cutie"... colorful.
Beautiful... Not if you look.

At the hairs. Like the...

And where was It?

At that moment in time.
And now I am
Standing level with this GUY OH COME ON!

How I love to dawdle with the tale...

Because. Well of course I stopped. Running / Walking Quickly.
Down the hill.

To see the bright green, dangling...

And in that moment.
There was no beast.

At least. Unseen.

But for the silken thread.
Damning. All the same.

The Creed - November, 2000

And now here I am.To complete....... To define...... To make.......... worthy.

To have....... To hold....... To make.......... one’s own.

To hope..... To dream......... To find.

To live........ To be alive.

To be........ To become.

Satisfied...... they turn to look for something else.

Ugly - November, 2000

What makes something ugly?

It is there, always there.....
And it gnaws.....

And not once..... has it apologized.

Scatter - November, 2000

Scatter all those bits...... those bits, like so much confetti.
Ugly information....... preceding, nothing more.......

Comes the explosion....... the point......

And we find
The main attraction is nothing more......
Than a sideshow.

But the confetti has long since scattered.
