My homeland,
My blood,
My destiny,
My history,
My life.

Yesterday in my dreams
I saw you,
Though you stand tall and high
With vast beauty and riches
Blessed with unique cultural diversities
From North to South, East to West,
I see blood in your eyes,
Bromine tears dropped down your cheeks,
Because too much blood spilled over the land.

Though you are good as gold,
Those you sow see no gold in your eyes.
Attracted by bright lights
They forget about you,
The one who knew and saw their birth,
The one who will embrace their ashes,
The one who will carry their burdens.

My homeland,
My blood,
My destiny,
My history,
My life.

A forgotten agenda
