This House needs Builders Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION

This is the house of our mother
A great mother called “Africa”
We call her by her name
Truly our “mama Africa!”

Built by the labours
Of our heroes and heroines past
Part and parcel of a new future
Our history, her future

In her lies the defined future
Of a people let behind
In Poverty yet to be ratified
People of hunger and disease

Failing apart, she needs builders
For her development and rotten future
Inestimable golden people with capacity
Builders for the sake of humanity

Fallen life of the unquestionable
Economists from the world converge
Delegate, profess and decide her future without her
Called her “unable” but we know more…
