Personal potentials

Many countries in the developing world including my country Kenya, have undetaken structural adjustments policies on their education systems but they have failed to enable the youths realise their potentials with the Knowlege gained and how to freeze various oppotunities passing their way touching the heart of their respective talents.Many youths are privilaged with wealth of Knowlege which is a positive in this mordan world,but they are less equiped with ways of using the knowlege gain combining the same with their unique talents, problems existing in their emarging society and the existing available technology so that they can deffarenciate their venture from people with the similar knowlege.These has left the youths with less technics of knowlege combination to deffarenciate way of putting their skills into practice i.e A person can learn medicine and journalism to start a medical margazine not neccesarily working in a hospital etc.Youths usually come up with wealthy proposal on their technical institutions mainly as a requirements by the examination councils but they are less educated on how they can market their proposal and implement the same.On realising the problems youths face in our country and at global forum, using my artistic talent i have come up with an organisation called 'Ajira' swahili word meaning employement to help youths and the goverment realise problem the youths face and to creat structural adjustments policies which will favour a health environment for employement creation.
