personal potentials

Many countries in the developing world including my country Kenya, have undetaken structural adjustments but have failed to enable the youths realise their potentials and how to freeze various oppotunities passing their way touching the heart of their various talents.Many youths are equiped with wealth of Knowlege which is a positive venture but they are not equiped with ways of using the knowlege gain in their unique way combining the same with their natural talents problem existing in their and the existing available technology so that to deffarenciate their venture from people with the same knowlege.The youths are less equiped with technics of knowlege combination to deffarenciate practiced skills i.e a person can learn medicine and journalism to start a medical margazine not neccesarily working in a hospital etc.Youths usually come up with wealth proposal on their technical institutions mainly as a requirements by the examination councils but they are not educated on how they can market their proposal and implement the same.On realising the problems youths face in our country and at global forum, using my artistic talent i have come up with an organisation called 'Ajira' swahili word meaning employement to help youths and the goverment realise problem the youths face and to creat structural adjustments policies which will favour a health environment for employement creation.
