It is better to state that in order to put an end to these menace, we need the cooperation of ALL the LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENTS, all OVER THE WORLD.

People should please report any suspect(s) promptly to POLICE OR ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENT in their area.

Let all of us lend our voice to condemned this barbaric act.
