Cry for the Youth Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION
by Nonnoz, Namibia Mar 3, 2006
  Poetry

Don't delay
you hear it on the news everyday
young people cry out and say
"we want to live in the better way"

The way to pick up drums
and roar "away with slums"
much more respect for our moms

Everyone will rise and sing
"Aids is gone, let the bells ring"
no more winter, only spring
no more premarital sex, on every girl's finger, a ring

But as we wake up and face real life
remember, to encourage the youth to strive

Writer Profile
Nonnoz

Through writing I express my dreams, desires and dysfunctions. Just about everything that has meaning to me.
My writing was never without a purpose, just as my life and my contribution to life. I strongly believe I become a better person through the collective contribution of every person in this world.
