I haven't submitted any poetry for quite a few years. I have been inspired by other writers at TIG and decided to take the plunge! I have published a few poems in the late '90s when I was in community college. I like to write about my observations about nature, what's going on in my twisted mind and more recently religion and politics. I only write occasionally now, so I try to do quality over quantity. = )

Very nice poem. Your words expess the feeling of disscovering yourself so very well. I feel your poem well speak to may people and explain what they are going through or what they have been through. I also feel that your poem could give guidance to those who are stuck in the past and cannot see themself marching forward.
