Glad to have you here again.
Where you been my friend?

I haven’t been very far away.

I often think I’m alone.
I’m still afraid of the dark.

I’ve always been close.

When I’m sad I think of you.
You bring a smile to my face.

I am right next to you.

Writer Profile
Brian

I haven't submitted any poetry for quite a few years. I have been inspired by other writers at TIG and decided to take the plunge! I have published a few poems in the late '90s when I was in community college. I like to write about my observations about nature, what's going on in my twisted mind and more recently religion and politics. I only write occasionally now, so I try to do quality over quantity. = )
