Siem Reap, 314 Km north-west of Phnom Penh, can be reached by direct flights daily from many cities in the region such as Bangkok.

I visited Phnom Penh and Siem Reap recently. It's fantastic! I loved it!
one complaint though... it was too HOT! 42degrees Celsius.. whoo! =D
