Under the influence of your smile,
I am high on the twinkle in your eye.
That sparkle has me drawn,
Addicted to your beautiful lie.

How you've got me swaying
To the rhythm of your heartbeat.
I feel my soul moving my body,
Lifting me on my feet.

The being of tomorrow is a blur to my vision,
You've stolen my today and my tomorrow you've beckoned.
I'd rather lose my life to the darkness of tragedy
Than dare to forget your name for one second.

Out of my element,
Destruction is my destiny.
Can't stop now, there's no turning back,
Your ecstasy has engulfed me.

And for my pining there lies no cure,
I crave helplessly for your touch so pure.
And on the twinkle in your eye I am so high,
Addicted to your beautiful lie.
