As I write you these lines, the melody of your laugh as background soothes my tasked heart. Today I strive to make clear my stand as to where you and I stand. You’ve tenderly told me that I am taking too much time; that love unexplored today is love lost tomorrow, that we would be better together today.

But see, to me love is no respecter of time nor space; love freely flows in its numerous forms and remains limited by no bounds. Do understand when I hesitate I mean not to cause you any harm so do not be alarmed. See I take my time to meditate on the best state for situations like; could we be better together today?

Yes I do confess the stirring in my spine as you smoothly speak to me, the saucy texture of your voice gently massages my ears and my nose won’t stop the tingles at the manly sight of you. Oh…and when I reminisce of the specifics of our meeting in your dreams as you poetically expressed it…surely I must agree, we would be better together today.

This stimulating link between you and I truly asserts plenty but for Love Defined. Yes, with it we could be better together but only for today, so sugar my stand; we are best apart tomorrow. Let’s live tomorrow today tamed and sane with a friendly love that esteems both you and I. Earnestly I pray your melodious laugh still in the background will forever sooth me as your friend.

Malkia Affiah

In my writing, I yearn to reward my feelings, my thoughts, my understanding, my relevance and my nowness, with the gift of eternity wrapped in simplicity and delivered by an army of alive emotions under the command of their master, humanity.

By you experiencing my pieces, I 'm one with this desire and for that I give thanks. A million bows for exploring my work.

Heart stopping works. I wish to borrow a piece of your brain. Let's schedule a brain transplant, yours for mine.
