What inspires you?

I am cooperative, enthusiastic and passionate. I really enjoy helping others and trying to be the best that I can in order to achieve good things for others. I think of life as a segment of the universe that must be developed by each and everyone of us. Everybody is responsible for making it a better place. I am eager to learn and develop a competitive mindset in order to contribute in society. I’m human after all.

Tell us about an issue that matters to you and how you became aware and involved.

Innovation means when you are surrounded by brilliant and committed people regardless of their origin. If we manage to work together as one, many things can be done. Social Innovation has the ability to open many paths to various people who are in need of revolutionary ideas to enable change.

Share your perspectives on what makes a good leader.

I started to develop an idea surrounding "E-waste". As a New Yorker I come across abandoned electronics that eventually will end up disposed in an inappropriate place that may cause environmental harm. I tried to establish a measure in which these electronics can be processed and re-utilized in the construction of other useful gadgets. I have been talking to people that know the business, and how we can take this to a serious level of commitment. Unfortunately many aspects must be discussed in order to get this idea up and running.

Japan. I love the Japanese culture; I like how the people treat each other with respect and formality. I really like the fact that these culture try there very best to achieve their goals.
