What inspires you?

I am inspired by many young people that have fought all odds and making big impacts in the world. I am particularly motivated by young men and women from Africa, my part of the world that have been able to create a niche for them selves and could be clearly seen to be making life better for other people.

Tell us about an issue that matters to you and how you became aware and involved.

I am very interested in young people because they have many potentials and can actually do a lot to make the world better. But unfortunately many are not aware of the power and energy they have aand what they can use it for. I became aware of this myself when i got exposed to some oppurtunites around me. They have been there all this while but i could not see them.
This actualy gave me the push to set up an organization called Impact Generation to help the youth realize their potentials.

Share your perspectives on what makes a good leader.

A good leader to me is someoe who can help others to see even beyond whhat can be seen with the physical eyes, who can direct and is always selfless.
Being a leader does not mean you can make mistakes but you must always take resposibility of your mistakes and help others to do the same. This way people around you always feel motivated and have their self esteem.
