What inspires you?

I am inspired by the thought of what the youth are capable of doing in bringing a positive change in this world. As a young leader, I believe that young people have the capacity to create opportunities, work on them and make the world a better place for every human being.
When young people take up challenges in life and turn them into opportunities, it motivates me to offer the best in all I do.
The power of networking among the youth has also played a very great role in making me believe that young people have got all it takes to make the world a haven.

Tell us about an issue that matters to you and how you became aware and involved.

Issues on youth development have not been given an upper hand in most countries and thus the youth end up living lives that situations force them to like the culture, poverty, unemployment, human rights and many more.
I lived a life with a dream to make a positive change in the lives of young people and ensuring they appreciate whatever they're doing.
I decided to live a dream and mean that nothing will pull me back til I achieve my targets in making the world a better place for every young person.
Volunteer ship and commitment are the starting point to every success.

Share your perspectives on what makes a good leader.

A good leader is a servant to all they lead. One who shows commitment and leads with the spirit of achieving and togetherness in mind.
A good leader is not the one who has many followers but he who makes many followers and at the same time appreciate and is content with what he does.
