What inspires you?

Every time I talk to my friends and new acquaintances and tell them about my volunteer works, they always ask me these questions. What inspires you? Who/What motivates you? Do you feel worthy and fulfilled of it? I always answer them, its my passion that drives me to do all these. My passion to serve my fellow citizen especially the youth. Being a volunteer makes me fulfilled of what I am doing. NO ONE CAN BEAT THE HEART OF A VOLUNTEER.

Tell us about an issue that matters to you and how you became aware and involved.

You participation has always been the issues that I am concentrated into. I really want to look the reason why does the you neglect their power to do change for the community. With these problems, I organized activities in my school and in my community to empower them.

Equipping them with the skills and learnings that they need. Youth empowerment is a key to achieve one's goals.

Share your perspectives on what makes a good leader.

When I typed the word leader in google, lots of sites will tell you the definition, types, characteristics and other stuff about it.

For me, leader is someone that has a vision for the community and this vision is being realized. A good leader is a visionary. A good leader is a role model.
