What inspires you?

The desire to make a positive difference and the fact that many people before have come from far lesser situations and gone on to achieve incredible results in different areas. This inspires me to believe that if you really want to do something so badly, then you will find means and ways to do it.

Tell us about an issue that matters to you and how you became aware and involved.

The limited opportunities in slums is an issue that matters to me. Having grown up in the slums and managed to move on, I would wish to see and facilitate programs that help bright slum kids access opportunities. Fadea Technologies is a start-up company I have founded which seeks to provide free programming training opportunities to these kids.

Share your perspectives on what makes a good leader.

A good leader must be a servant. The common virtues which I believe a good leader should espouse are integrity, humility, honesty, charisma, pragmatism and humor. A good leader also needs to express positive family values because many people look up to them.
