What inspires you?

I am a social innovator working with TEDxRedmond and People to People Alumni to help spread ideas. I am also part of the STEM high school community.

Tell us about an issue that matters to you and how you became aware and involved.

Social innovation is inspiring others to take action in their communities by providing them with the ability to make a change, such as a website or organization.

Share your perspectives on what makes a good leader.

I am part of the TEDxRedmond Planning committee and we have been doing this event since 2010. Our speakers are youth who are recognized nationally for their achievements. For example we have provided talks from nuclear physicist Taylor Wilson and Jordan Romero, youngest to climb Mt. Everest.

I would visit Australia since it has always fascinated me and I have done work with People to People there before.
