What inspires you?

I believe in freedom, for me the concern for humanity necessarily calls for equality amongs men. so i was affected by many sufferings such as the underprivileged, human rights violations, orphans and street children in cameroon. All these inspired me to get involved and i created my own organisation "Dialogue4change" Tigweb.org also played a great role in inspiring me

intoducing "Dialogue4change" helped me to get invloved in my own way, via dialogue we can change many things.

Share your perspectives on what makes a good leader.

A good leader is one who has the ability to s see the hidden opportunity in every setback? Is there really any such thing as a “born leader”? one who is willing to assess a situation and trust in their own ability to act. Encourage and nourish those abilities in others by allowing those under their authority to take on tasks that require them to exercise those gifts
