What inspires you?

Whenever I look at the sadness of the world, such as poverty, crime, abuse and all other atrocities and notice that there are some people who are still determined to make our lives better. I am also inspired by seeing people rise above all odds to make it to better positions in their own lives!

Tell us about an issue that matters to you and how you became aware and involved.

An issue that I currently am looking at is human rights, which i believe in as much as we want to be liberated individuals in this world. But I sincerely believe that who we are and what we possess is a privilage in all aspects since no one can ever say that one thing is mine, since no one can tell what tomorrow holds for you. Thus one needs to appreciate that its all privileges we have been blessed with.

Share your perspectives on what makes a good leader.

I believe a good leader is that person who is able to remember that he/she needs to be a good follower, thus leading by example in everything he/she does. A good leader needs to be a good representative of the people he/she leads and also be able to formulate good communicative ways with the people he/she leads. Above all he/she should have good morals and self respect with dignity because evertything needs to start with him/her!

Indeed takingITGlobal has fulfilled some of my vision in a way that is very constructive by allowing me to interact with many people around the globe, and be able to share from one another's perspective thus facilitating growth and also be able to engage in modern issues that affect us and the world we live in! By continuing to make the links between different nations we will be able to engage in public debates and forums and also strategy formulation with problem-solving. Thus the world we live in can be a better place.
