Join the team

Our team connects with youth all over the world to accelerate positive social change.

This is not your everyday office. Every room is a different colour, and you won't find any briefcases around. From organic fruit Mondays to visits to the Toronto Island, we're extremely proud of our work culture where individuality is an asset and everyone's ideas are welcome.

"Never underestimate the value of
loving what you do."

- Timothy Ferriss

"It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed."

- Napoleon Hill

"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."

- Helen Keller

    Home sweet office

Our team has made our office a home away from home - With an open concept office, bean bag chairs and weekly organic fruit deliveries, you should love where you work.

  • Out and about
    Out and about

We're firm believers that the best ideas come from having a little fun out of the office. On top of our yearly visit to the Toronto Island and regular visits to the local park, we're always on the look out for new places to visit and explore.

Kickboxing, trampolining, beatbox dancing, warm and fuzzies... There is nothing we won't try (well, try us!) to make sure we're constantly challenged as individuals and as a group to maintain optimum wellness.
