April 2004: Rural Youth

As the world's population continues to grow, the communities that we live in become more important. This month Panorama takes a look at the issues facing our rural youth. The articles featured this month take a look at Radio in Bangledesh, the experiences of a African Storyteller, the migration of people from rural to urban centres and a poem reflecting on the rural experience

We are also lucky to have a supplement to this month's theme. The FAO Rural Youth department has sent us some rural success stories as well as interviews that will be updated throughout the month. To see those click on the link below:
