Friend

Your grace and smile smother me,
Then I know, I can face life again,
Your advice and assurance are my daily bread
Life can’t be without them.

You are a blessed gift from above
Reserved warmth to the heart
So I can never lose faith
For my heart is never frozen

Your beauty feels me with awe
Just then do I realize the great power,
The great art of God in my surrounding,
Knowing that you are not only his creation
But a likeness of his image.

That is why I call you a friend,
I call you God’s beauty,
I call you god’s wonderful gift,
Blessed GIFT from ABOVE.
