The race game
The race game
The race is meant to be faced,
The race is meant to be won,
It is to be faced together
In oneness it will be won.
The race comes with many faces,
Constraining and confusing many
Tearing and tormenting many men,
The race game is too fierce,
Too fierce for us the children,
We the children cry,
Carrying our empty stomachs where ever we go,
Our moms mourn for their husband,
Giving all they have for us.
Why can’t we come together
To win this game of race?
So that the frown on my face will
Be replaced by a sweet smile.
Come, come on and let us win
together, this game of race.
