The United Nations Global Alliance for ICT and Development (GAID) presents a new forum for young people to showcase their experiences in using Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for community development projects. Share your best practices, innovations, success stories and more on the new eLeaders ICT4D Best Practices Forum, powered by TakingITGlobal. The GAID Committee of eLeaders for Youth and ICT will select the best of the best, and award the innovators with the most creative and impacting projects with fellowships to attend the GAID Global Forum on ICT and Innovation for Education in September 2009 in Monterrey, Mexico. Other exceptional case studies will be published and presented at the United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York this September. The publication will be distributed to governments, civil society, academia and private sector organizations around the world. Help us share case studies of dynamic and innovative projects that could range from youth media or train-the-trainer programs to online campaigning or entrepreneurship initiatives. So join us by sharing your vision and examples of how you are changing the world!
