I gotta change it to power.
Can't let it put me down
you promised you'll catch me before i fall,
and now am tearing down the walls.
All the walls you built.
Erasing the feeling of guilt.
You couldn't see I'm hurting,
you couldn't see my pain.
So I wore it on my skin
hoping it'll explain.
Someday you'll see me on TV
and I'll talk to you.
Be like 'hey do you remember me?'
I'm the girl you never thought I'd be.
You thought I'd crawl in hole and die.
You were wrong.
I'm still alive.
I survived.
Survived the pain.
Survived the shame.
Got over your stupid little game.
