We float in tandem
No need to kick
The current pulls us gently
We stare into each other's eyes
Each pupil a reflection of the lush greens
Deep blues found on the floor of the ocean
The great mother of life
The fear and panic of separation
Vertigo replaced by sudden rapture
It flows through our bodies
Like we flow through the water
No need for air, our tanks are almost bare
Light or soil beneath our feet?
The abyss calls us and we answer
The rapture has us and takes us deeper

-R.I.P. Dad

I write because I experience pain and joy. Writing helps me amplify the joy and soften the pain.
I write because I am a seeker of truth. With pen and paper I loose the ability to bullshit myself.
I write and yet sometimes I feel I am not the creator of these lines. It feels as if I'm but a vessel being used to channel the prose of another being.
I write because sometimes I just don't know what else to do.
Let me know what you think and always be honest.
